Sholooghi is a Persian term that refers to a situation something between crowded, chaotic, and bustle. Iranian culture in most aspects of the culture reproduces Sholooghi quality. For instance, at an Iranian funeral always you encounter noisy and crowded spaces in which people produce themselves by loudly crying and so on. or in Iranian food, people’s taste has a tendency toward multiple materials with a different flavor. For example, when pizza was imported to Iran, Iranian people changed pizza recipes from just Bread, cheese, sauce, and meat to Bread, cheese, sauce, meat, olive, chicken, tomato, potato, Sausage, and many other materials. Sholooghi quality not only happens in imported food like pizza but also happen in Iranian traditional foods.
We start to research this quality for understanding the structure of the Sholooghi quality as a cultural characteristic to discover more about this weird phenomenon. I choose an Iranian omelet and I success to discover different penetration behavior of the materials of the omelet such as deep penetration (potato and salt) shallow penetration (egg and sauce), etc. After deep observation of the structure of the omelet, we should apply the structure of the omelet to a building and try to make that building penetrable. (penetrable with the specific personalized meaning).
